One half the total needs to be received within seven days of the booking date in order to hold your reservation, and the balance to be received sixty (60) days prior to arrival (for holidays, the balance to be received ninety (90) days prior to arrival). State of Hawaii tax, occupancy and general excise tax of 11.42% will be added to the room rates. A non-refundable out-cleaning fee is applied based on the length of stay and property of choice and an administrative fee may apply. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance covers extraordinary cleaning and / or accidental breakage, if any.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in date to receive a deposit refund, less $50 administrative fee. Less than 60 days notice will forfeit all monies unless we can re-book the unit.

Time on Kauai Kauai doesn't change its clocks for Daylight Savings Time, so we will be 2 hours behind the west coast and 5 hours behind the east coast in winter, and 3 hours and 6 hours, respectively, in summer.
