Property interested in		Rates and Availability will be emailed upon receipt of this form! All major credit cards are accepted. One half the total needs to be received within seven days of the booking date in order to hold your reservation, and the balance to be received sixty (60) days prior to arrival. State of Hawaii tax, occupancy and general excise tax of 11.42% will be added to the room rates. A non-refundable out-cleaning fee is applied based on the length of stay and property of choice and a $35 agent processing fee. The security deposit is pre-authorized on a credit card 7 days before arrival and funds charged only if extraordinary cleaning and or breakage occur, if any.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to check-in date to receive a deposit refund, less $50 administrative fee. Less than 60 days notice will forfeit all monies unless we can re-book the unit.

Time on Kauai Kauai doesn't change its clocks for Daylight Savings Time, so we will be 2 hours behind the west coast and 5 hours behind the east coast in winter, and 3 hours and 6 hours, respectively, in summer.
