Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa features breathtaking beach sunrises, a state of the art lazy river pool complete with water slides, waterfalls, hot tubs, sandy bottom children's pool, beautiful tropical landscaping lit up at night with tiki torches, a spa, and beach restaurant.

You'll enjoy this beautiful ocean and pool view condo with central air conditioning, HDTV surrounded by fine designer Polynesian-style furnishings, 1 king bed, 1 convertible sofa (queen size), luxurious bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment, and a washer / dryer in the unit. Comfortably sleeps up to 4.

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

"The room is great has everything you could ever need during your stay . The pool was very cold though and the hot tubs were not working properly. The beach is very nice and the grounds are kept perfectly

"This condo was heaven on earth! The views of the ocean and the pool at night was exquisite! The condo feels like home and was perfect for the two of us. It is decorated impeccably and the kitchen it well stocked. The pictures are an exact representation of what you will get. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. I can't say enough about how perfect it was in every way! It was super clean, comfortable, quiet, private, and the view of the ocean was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed as week cooked most of our meals there. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were kind enough to leave beach chairs and a cooler for guests to use and that was very handy. Each morning and about an hour before sunset, we were able to watch whales spout and breach from the condo! Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful.

"It was a great experience. Everything was perfect for us. Location is excellent, being in the middle of the island with easy access to everything. We enjoy going to new places every time; however, this will be a VBRO that we return to. The facility is well kept and an excellent balance for families with kids and couples whose kids are gone.

"This place is great. The resort is a fantastic middle ground place to stay if you're going to be doing things on the north and south sides of the island (which we did). It's right across from a grocery store and just down the road from Java Kai - a very important place. The pool and restaurant at the resort are also amazing - everyone is so friendly and courteous. You can't go wrong staying here. The beach chairs and cooler are a fantastic addition - you have everything you need to go and do whatever you want. WHEN we come back, we WILL be staying here again. You can't beat this location and all the other amenities - it's just fantastic.

"This is our 3rd time at Waipouli Beach Resort over the past 6 years. The resort itself is always clean and beautiful with a terrific restaurant, Oasis, on site near the beach. The pool with hot tubs and water slides are fun for all ages. Kapaa is a great central location for visits to both north and south ends of Kauai in about 30 minutes. Across the street is Safeway, Starbucks, ABC Store. A variety of restaurants are in walking distance. We’ve stayed in several other condos on Kauai, but this is our favorite.
