The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Lovely Pool-Side Condo

"The unit was clean, well appointed, and very spacious. I'm a cook, and found every cooking utensil I needed for a week's worth of 3 meals a day. The stovetop didn't work the first morning, but the property manager quickly talked me through how to restart it by using the circuit breaker. It took all of 4 minutes to get cooking! The shower head was to die for, best shower experience ever. Thank you for such a relaxing place to vacation with my extended family! Christy

"This quiet, ground floor condo unit is set up perfectly for a large family and also had many extras tucked away in it to make our stay even better! The grounds and resort were immaculate with a fantastic pool and hot tubs. The location was next to a grocery store, beach and eating areas which made everything so easy and accessible. The drive to both the south and north parts of Kauai were within a nice driving distance, not too far away to go either direction. We won’t ever want to stay anywhere else! Thanks so much!

"Our stay was amazing. It was my wife, daughter (21 months) and my mom. The unit was very clean and spacious with everything you need (including beach chairs and a pack n play and booster seat!). The view was incredible and was so close to the pool, beach, or trail to walk and run every morning!

"Great condo in perfect spot. The only thing is the picture of the second bedroom it looked like it had a queen and a twin bed. The twin was a pull out chair that had a twin mattress. . We had more rain than we wanted but still had a great time. We love Kauai❤️

A Wonderful Unit/Favorite Resort

"We've stayed at Waipouli before and loved it. But we were unprepared for this beautiful unit! We watched the sunrise while sipping coffee just off the lanai. Then watched the moonrise later that night. The pool and towel checkout are just around the corner and parking is nearby. A special thank you to Kauai Calls for stocking the kitchen with usable pots, pans, cutting boards, and (importantly) knives that can actually cut a pineapple! We love hitting up the Coconut Marketplace farmer's market and cooking with the fresh produce, so a functioning kitchen is a must. We would love to stay here again!

"We absolutely loved our stay! To start the pool resort is amazing. Multiple hot tubs to relax in at night or during the day when the sun ticks away, and beautiful pool with a lazy River. We loved dining at the restaurant on site and spending time on the beach in the evening right by the resort. The location was ideal, right across the street from food options and grocery story. We would highly recommend!

"With this unit being on the ground floor, you simply cannot beat the convenience of its location to the pool, restaurant, and most importantly, the ocean. Awaken to the beautiful sunrise steps from one of three lanai's, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean from either of the bedroom suites. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen clean and well stocked, and bathrooms and living room comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed every second staying here and will book this unit year after year!
