Wonderful location, well appointed condo, great help from Kauai calls when we had questions prior to arrival and couldn't figure out how to get one of the TVs to work. HIGHLY recommend!

The condo was wonderful. We had a group of 7. Two kids and 5 adults. We all fit comfortably in the room. The kitchen was equipped with the things we needed. Words of wisdom- careful of the ice box in the freezer it easily rips out of the freezer when using. The kids loved being able to be on the grass or having the family sit on the lanai and eat dinner. The beach was wonderful and we all swam in the ocean. Along with other families. The check in process was smooth and easy. The kids loved the pool and we spend a lot of our time there. I could see our family booking another stay at this hotel!!! Would recommend for families!

Beautiful condo with big kitchen area. Pool has several hot tubs including an adults only one. Kids loved the pool and the waterslides.

We loved our stay at Pono Kai Resort. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Outside the sliding glass doors was the pool and hot tub. The grounds were beautiful. The resort is against a beach on the east coast. The resort is in walking distance to the Kapaa town center with a number of places to eat and shop.

Our condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable week. Views were incredible, and amenities at the resort were outstanding!

The host was very welcoming and very helpful. My husband needed a blanket and Candice laundered one for us. The location was perfect. Kayaks were provided so we used them on the Wailua River which is right by the cottage. There was a washer and dryer available for our use as well. There was a new refrigerator and stove plus a Keurig and a drip coffeepot with filters. Pots and pans and dishware were provided. The airport is 6 miles away and a grocery store is less then 2 miles. It is the perfect place.

We have stayed here for the last 6 years and have booked again for next year. The staff is outstanding. Love that they provide towels for the beach and the pool. We can exchange towels for clean dry ones every day. The units are very clean and well stocked. The grills are community grills and are cleaned daily.

We loved the unit. We loved the privacy and peacefulness. Not much people traffic on the shoreline, just the people staying there. We loved the lawn space. We would stay there again. The only thing I would add is to add some safety bars in the shower.

The balcony view was great. The laundry was nice and convenient. Accommodations were comfortable, but a bit dated. The communications with the management were excellent and they were very helpful. It is a nice place to stay to be near both Kapa'a and Lihue.

The amenities and the view from the entire place was incredible. We already said we would stay there again. The check in and checkout process was seamless. The host and the staff were always available and answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently.

We stayed for 3 nights with our infant daughter. The room was clean, had AC in the family and bedroom, and was supplied with beach gear. We enjoyed the walk ability to the shore and shops. Check to make sure the pool and hot tub are open, if that’s important to you!

The condo is perfect for two couples. I loved that they had a coffee grinder, so we could use whole bean coffee.

This property is a gem! Breathtaking views of the ocean and you can hear the waves at night. Excellent location next to coconut marketplace with shops, markets and tons of food options. Kapa’a is also conveniently located on the island if you’re exploring both south and north shore on your trip!

Condo was clean and had high quality appliances and furnishings. Loved the large balconies where we spent a good amount of time watching the picturesque view and soothing sound of the waves.

Beautiful condo with a great location! My husband and I stayed here with another couple and it was perfect for us. Each couple had a king bed and large bathroom. Communication was wonderful and our questions were answered very quickly. The location was great for the island with easy access to the north and south. We were able to check out many beach spots and hiking adventures during our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunrises from our balcony with a cup of coffee every morning. I will definitely miss that. Would highly recommend this location if you’re visiting Kauai. Would also recommend the tubing adventure and the zodiac boat tour of the Nepali coast during your stay.

Room was perfect for a couple! Great space and bathroom is nice. Had a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck along with a pool right next to the building (less than 30 seconds away) that also had a bar! We'd love to stay here again if we comeback to Kauai!

Such a great location and condo. Very well stocked kitchen and they even have some beach gear for you to use during your stay. The suite is right by the pool and ocean and has views of the beautiful sunrises every morning. Loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

We loved the property. Super clean with everything we needed. Kitchen was supplied great. The air conditioning worked great and was so nice to get away from the heat when needed. Bed was really comfortable as well. The pool was awesome. Lots of options for my wife and I but we could have had our grandkids there and they would have loved the pool. We plan on being back.

Great central location. Not too far from any area of the island. We rented a car and traveled everywhere. It's on the Kapa'a multiuse trail so I could run outside every morning and keep up with my training schedule. The view was incredible, watched every sunrise from the balcony or the trail on a run. Plenty of cookware, tools and dishes for use. Being able to do a load of laundry while there was a huge plus.

Central to downtown shops. Loved the walking path….walked miles everyday. Felt safe. Condo clean and had all that was needed to use the kitchen to make meals. Grounds were well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

I had a great time at Islander on the Beach 214. It's a great room with a beautiful balcony. Very convenient location next to restaurants and the coconut marketplace. The room was very clean with cool AC and the kitchenette was perfect for coffee and small meals.

Loved the close beach access to watch the sunrise. My kids loved having a pool. My husband loved having AC. Location is great, decent driving distance for our activities. It is close to a loud busy road but in comparison to what we were able to experience and enjoy it wasn’t bad. Loved our stay in beautiful Kauai

Perfect location for a week on Kauai! Had everything we needed to hit the beach, cook dinner and have a magnificent trip!

Everything was wonderful!!! We had to chat with the property manager and she(Cathy) was always quick to respond and was wonderful!!! Can’t say enough about how kind and accommodating they were, would use them all the time.

Great experience! Easy booking last minute and the property managers were in constant contant with us to let us know anything happening around the property.

My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights (10/9-14) for our anniversary. Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Condo was well appointed and very clean. Communication with the host was flawless. We received a call the first night notifying us that the city was working on a broken water line on the main highway and the water would be shut off at the resort during the late evening hours. We appreciated the call and were able to adjust accordingly. Thank you for that. We will definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful clean townhome. We really enjoyed staying here. The beach felt private in comparison to others (e.g. Poipu beach). The townhome location was steps away from the beach, next to the pool and beach front restaurant. Our kids LOVED the pool with the water slides. There’s a Safeway across the street which is convenient. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the beach every morning. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Not often does a vacation rental home exceed expectations, but this one did. It was well cared for, clean, and had everything we needed. The complex and resort is very nice, and we loved having all of the food and grocery shopping options just right across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

So beautiful! That's what my husband and I kept saying during our stay here at Islander Beach. The room was clean and very comfortably set up for our 10 day stay! Uncompromised view of the ocean was so amazing. Why did i think we needed our sound machine for sleep? All we needed was the lullaby of the sound of the ocean by opening the patio door!!

Wonderful condo in an ideal location. The wrap around lanai provided hours of calm, peaceful, ocean viewing. More exciting activities were just minutes away, e.g., snorkeling, riding waves, and, even a zip line adventure. We thank the owner for making their place available. It set the standard for future stays in Kauai.

Impressed with the cleanliness and access to the beach

My sister and I decided to take a last minute sister's retreat to Kauai and I found the Waipouli on VRBO. I can't say enough about this unit. We had welcome treats on the counter waiting for us when we arrived. There are clear instructions on how to use the appliances. There is a magnifying mirror mounted in the bathroom. An electric kettle which i love for making my preferred instant coffee, but there is also a coffee maker and an espresso machine. Folding chairs we took to the beach. The unit is decorated beautifully and well maintained as are the grounds/pool. Bed was sooo comfortable! Just absolutely loved this place, I cannot say enough about it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This is a great place to stay for those mindful of their budget. Its location is perfect, 30 minutes to Poipu, 30 minutes to tunnels beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool and collecting seashells on the beach. Some had complained of the sliding glass door, but it sounded like the other units sliding doors were in the same shape as ours. Viewing the sunrise on the beach is breathtaking. I’d stay here again, no question.

Had a fabulous stay in our unit at Islander on the Beach resort. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and peaceful. It was so nice to hear the sound of waves and often roosters! Coconut Marketplace was right behind us so it was so easy to walk and grab snacks, get a couple dinners, and purchase alcohol. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We arrived about an hour early and left an hour late and were able to check in early and out late without issue. I didn’t expect to hang out at the pool here or the beach at the propery but we were at both every afternoon after coming home. The pool bar is great with happy hour from 3 to 6 and we enjoyed that the pool was peaceful with no loud music, again just roosters and chickens! Lava Lava restaurant is also next store and we walked there twice for dinner. This property is in an excellent location if you plan to go north and south during your stay and it's only about 10 minutes to the airport. The property/room is older, but charming. It's one of our favorite places and we generally stay at 5 star resorts. We will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Easy check-in, very nice decor, clean with all the comforts of home. The view from the unit is great and the grounds are beautiful and maticulously maintained. Only downfall was we could not get regular local programming on the TV no matter what we tried.

Amazing location and property!

We had a two week family trip with our elderly father and really enjoyed this unit. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was quiet and spacious. It was just steps from the pool and parking was close. I definitely recommend staying here.

A conveniently located and decent apartment for our three-day stay in Kauai — it served us well.

H305 was as described. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice view. As noted in instructions, there are a few supplies to get you started, but a market across street for anything you need. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils etc. and we cooked in a few times during our week stay. I do wish balcony was just a little bigger, but we made the most of it. After driving and walking around other resorts, this was hands down the best. Our highlight more than anything we did was getting up early each morning and watching the sunrise, absolutely fantastic and worth the stay on the east shore. The best restaurant in the area it turned out was the one at this resort. We had wonderful meals there, excellent service and oceanfront seating. Highly recommend this location if staying on Kauai. The only small issue was internet was down when we got there, but followed instructions to call the service number and they fixed it right away.

I stayed in G206. Beautiful ocean front view. Unit was equipped with everything you could think of. Absolutely gorgeous room. I will definitely be back.

Accommodations are great for families traveling with small children and for adults traveling with another couple. The floor plan works well with two separate bedrooms separated by a shared living room and kitchen. The third toilet is a nice luxury. One should note that although the name has the word resort in it, I would not categorize this location as a full-on resort as the food choices on property are extremely limited. The onsite restaurant opens at 4pm and there is no room service. That being said there are plenty of food options within walking and driving distance. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool slide. It was the right size to fell comfortable with kids. The owner/management of our accommodations was very responsive and accommodating. Side note, if you forget something needed for your toddler or baby there are plenty of rental options available that do drop off and are extremely affordable. We specifically used Shayleen Moore for a few items.

We booked a trip to Kauai last minute and luckily this place was available. It was the perfect place to recoup between all of our hikes and kayaking. My kids loved that we had both the beach and a pool right outside our door. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit has everything! I was so impressed by the quality of everything, from the appliances to the nice decor you felt like you were in a home. Great location.

If this place is available, book it. Was perfect for my girlfriend and I and my 3 adult children 18-24. We stayed in master, the girls stayed in the loft with own bathroom, and my son slept on pull out bed. Was a bit stuffy when we first arrived but was perfectly comfortable once we opened it up. So nice to hear the waves at night, we all slept great. Everything was exactly as pictured and Lanai was amazing, with great view of sunrises. Tommy Bahama beach chairs were greatly appreciated. Kapaa is quaint, close to airport and beaches, and has good restaurants and coffee shops. Host is very responsive.

Great location! Wonderful to be right next to the water and we watched the sunrise almost every morning. Very comfortable stay except the heat on the living room was a bit much. Hard to do anything about it though.

Rental was clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the beach gear (chairs, cooler, etc), which made the trip much easier. The kids wore themselves out at the pool on more than one occasion and we all enjoyed wandering the resort as well as the local neighborhood.

We loved the full kitchen and how well stocked it was. Every morning we enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs on the bedroom's balcony. From the balcony there is a peek-a-boo view of the amazing hills on one side and a bit of the ocean on the other! The beach-going items were also a great plus!!! They had (2) low back Tommy Bahama chairs and a couple taller chairs and a cooler that we used every day! We added (2) boogie boards before we left for the next group to enjoy. The location was perfect! Getting to the North and South side for different activities were quick drives. The Ross, Starbucks and Safeway across the street were convenient. We would stay there again!!!

Our flight arrived late at night. When we woke up to see the view of the ocean and sunrise, we knew we picked the right condo! The condo was clean and has a large TV in the living room!!! Husband was very happy! The property is well maintained and has everything you need. The bike path goes right by the resort to take early morning walks. Easy check in and the condo had everything we needed! We will be back!

The Pono Kai is always nostalgic because my grandma used to have a condo here. This rental unit was clean and had a great view. Easy access to the pool and parking lot. It had lots of fans which was good since the bedroom didn’t have AC though the living room did so it was nice and cool. They had beach chairs and laundry soap. Plenty of nice towels- bathroom and beach towels that were new-feeling and fluffy. Also, it had pumps with soap for the kitchen and bathroom- nice touch. My only complaint was that it only came with half a roll of paper towels and no extra, and only one extra toilet paper which wasn’t enough for our stay, so we had to buy more of each. An extra roll of paper towels and a couple more toilet papers would have been appreciated. You can at times hear the people walking above but I’ve stayed at many different units at the Pono Kai and that is always the case. The blinds in the bedroom and screen in the living room need repair but that wasn’t any big deal in impacting our stay. Overall, I would definitely stay at this unit again and definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location in Kaua'i for exploring all parts. Perfect location on the property, super close to parking lot and pool, yet felt private. Shopping plaza across the street so convenient. Ample space and A/C inside kept everyone comfortable.

Great centralized location to easily access the whole island. The apartment was so cute and was clean and homey. Loved the use of the kayaks to float the river.

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here. The view from the lanai is just as pictured. We enjoyed the pool and the lit tiki torches at night made it feel very Hawaiian. Communication with the host was excellent!

Having visited the Hawaiian Islands many times, this is now our new favorite place to stay. Gorgeous property, condo, and close to everything!

Beautiful condo! Our family loved the pools and monk seals that came up on the beach! Great way to relax and start our vacation!

Property was great. All things you would need are available. Bathroom updated. Very clean. Host was very quick to respond for the couple of questions! And location is excellent!! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for our Hawaii beach getaway. The condo had plenty of room, very clean, and kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of amenities like beach, equipment, chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. The beach front resort had a huge pool complete with slides and hot tub. Also walking distance to restaurants. We definitely plan on returning, thank you!

The condo was the BEST location to get to all the activities, North and South. The (2) pools were a great perk for our 14 yr old son... who may actually be a fish. Well stocked with clean towels. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure with awesome shower head. Balcony in the tree is so cool! The birds were our friends. No noisy neighbors. People complained about the road noise, but it was a non-issue for us. Site manager tested the pools every morning and does an amazing job at maintaining the property. Was it perfect, no. No place is. Definitely a grand slam for the price point! We LOVED it!

Perfect for families! The location was very central to everything. The pool is huge and there’s a family hot tub that kids can go in. Towels available daily. The room had beach chairs and a cooler to use which was nice. There is a Safeway right across the street which was super convenient.

This was our 3rd time to the island! This location was absolutely perfect. The drive to all our excursions were short drives. The grounds were beautiful, and our condo was clean and comfortably fit the whole family. I would absolutely stay here again!

The oceanfront penthouse had every amenity we needed. The views were amazing, and the central location made it a great midway point for exploring. Will definitely book again next time we visit the garden isle.

We loved this resort! The combination of the beach and the pool was exactly what we were looking for. There is a shopping area right across the street with a Safeway and food places, literally a 2 minute walk. There were also other great restaurants within walking distance which was so nice. This was the perfect vacation and we would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in D408! The booking process was seamless and we were so impressed with the unit! Gorgeous views, high end decor and very comfortable overall! We loved it and would definitely stay again. We had everything we needed, and loved that it has a washer and dryer. We loved how close it was to the elevators as I read that as a concern, but the unit was quiet as can be! Pride of ownership shows and we loved every moment that we were able to call this unit home for a week!

This property was just as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, a lovely beach view, comfortable, and a great location to stay to get to any area of the island easily. The host responded immediately when we were having internet issues. The pool area and beach were pristine and easy to access and enjoy. My family all loved this trip, and we’d choose to stay at Waipouli again!

The location is awesome walk to the beach, walk to shopping and restaurants. Your almost smack in the middle of the island, along the coast. Our family did enjoy our stay the room was clean and everything worked.

We had a great time in this condo and at the complex. The unit is very close to the pool so we could easily access it when we were not busy with other activities. The mini golf course was a blast and you could play chess on a life size board. Also ping pong, croquet, and pickle ball available. The beach and board walk are a short walk from the condo. The condo had amenities such as beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. Only draw back was bedroom with king bed was a bit toasty so used two fans in it. The condo is within walking distance to many shops. Restaurants, and food trucks. Location is pretty central so easy drive to Lihue, Poipu, and Hanalei. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again if traveling to Kauai. Mahalo!

This was our first visit to the island of Kauai. We loved every minute! The view from this condo unit is amazing. We enjoyed having the grocery store just across the street. Our kids loved the pool area with the slides as well as having the beach right there!

The condo was awesome. The living room has comfortable furniture and a TV, as huge as can be. Wonderful to watch, when not at the pool or ocean. The kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need. The king bed cozy, with nice linens and a lovely lanai off the bedroom -coffee in the a.m. wine at night. The bathroom is huge! Lots of towels. There is a washer & dryer. Very clean condo and view. Property mgt. was great aloha! We were at the condo for 1 month! Awesome! Restaurants and Safeway within walking distance.

We loved Blue Kauai. The property, Islander on the Beach, was beautiful and well maintained. Our condo was comfortable with just the right amount of amenities included. And the view from the deck was amazing! The location is centrally located in Kapa'a and is perfect if you plan to explore the entire island. If you prefer to stay close to your resort/hotel, the south and northern areas are much nicer in general, but this location was conveniently located to get around and see it all. Also, appreciated that the property is located behind a shopping area - multiple souvenir shops, restaurants, and a market. Was nice for those evenings when we came back exhausted and didn't want to go far. The property owner was quick to respond to questions and provided check-in procedures before our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo views and location was perfection. It was quiet, being on the top floor, and the pool/water park was perfect for a family. The accommodations were exactly stated; kitchen was perfect and top of the line.

The beach is beautiful. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance, which is a huge plus. Kayaking is close by. It’s also close to the airport.

This was our first trip to Kauai, and though we originally booked a spot down south, we're so glad we made the switch to the more centrally located Coconut Coast. Staying by the river was a dream—kayaks at our fingertips and friendly neighbors on the dock each evening as the sun dipped below the horizon. This treetop cottage is a hidden gem—an incredible value for the price. It’s just minutes from the beach and freeway, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat tucked away in the trees. The lanai became our little sanctuary. Candace was wonderfully welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. We had an amazing time exploring Kapa'a and both ends of the island. We'll definitely be back!

From my first contact to reserve this condo through our departure, the management was amazing. The property looks exactly like the photos. Two master suites were terrific. Everything you need is there. Grocery shopping is right across the street and the awesome Coconut Marketplace just down the street. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport. This is the best resort on the island. We loved the restaurant, Oasis on the Beach, on the premises was awesome. We will definitely be back because Kauai Calls us back!

This property is amazing! Unit H204 has wonderful views of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony each morning as the sun came up over the ocean. The unit was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The full size washer and dryer was a bonus! Kapaa is centrally located and getting around to both the north side and south side of the island was easy. We definitely will stay here again! Mahalo!

This condo has all the amenities needed for relaxation. The pool, beach, lanai and gourmet kitchen made our time in Kauai a memory of a lifetime. The condo is centrally located and has the best manicured grounds of any resort around us. Our only complaint was the quality of the grills. One was out of order and the other barely worked.

We had a wonderful relaxing time enjoying our anniversary. The condo had everything you would possibly need located on the resort. The pool was relaxing and the morning sunrise on the beech was breathtaking. Was able to visit surrounding towns and enjoy the island culture and amenities they provided. My husband and I stayed at the cottage for almost two weeks. It was absolutely perfect, all we needed to be comfortable, rested and supported during the vacation. We were delighted to have use of the kayaks, easy access to the river via the dock, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The cottage is very clean and well appointed. The back patio is a big plus for early morning coffee sipping and listening to the birds. We would most certainly come back and stay at the cottage again, especially if we get to meet Candace again. She is lovely and spent some time giving us some history of the area. An incredibly lovely experience and I thank her for offering this cottage for rental! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

This is an excellent unit for a family. The Pono Kai grounds are beautiful, and this unit is very close to the pool. Our kids enjoyed feeding the fish in the Koi Pond every morning. The property manager was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend this unit, and I hope to return soon.

Loved the convenience

My family had an all-around excellent experience. The Vrbo was very nice, clean and had a great location with some side views of the water. The building is right next to the beach and the pool for very easy access. The pool was a fun for us and our 5 year old son. He liked the sand beach pool, and the family hot tub that was suitable for kids, and he was finally brave enough to do the water slides toward the end of the trip. The restaurant onsite was only open for dinner and Wednesday happy hour with live music, but it had great service, excellent food, and perfect beachside ambiance. The condo was clean and easy to access, and had everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs.

Very nice 1 bedroom condo. Kapa’a is a nice town and very laid back. Definitely a good area to stay. Not too far from the north south or west shore areas.

I had an amazing stay at Islander on the Beach 352 Ocean Front in Kauai! The location is perfect – centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore all the best spots. Waking up to incredible sunrises every morning was a highlight. The condo was clean, and the bed was super comfy, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It’s also close to great restaurants and shopping, which made things so convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kauai!

This is the second time we've stayed at Waipouli and loved it. It's beautiful, great for kids and the location is amazing. We love being able to walk to the grocery store, a few restaurants, shaved ice. We'll definitely be back.

The place was clean and fully stocked. The beach supplies were appreciated and made it relaxing. It is in a convenient location, and we got to enjoy rainbows from the lanai.

Unit A301 was exactly as described in the listing, and the host was very responsive to all of my questions. We received clear instructions for accessing the unit and pool. In addition to having the Safeway right across the street, it was very easy to reach the other areas we wanted to visit on the island. We also received clear check-out instructions and were able to leave the unit in plenty of time to reach the airport.

Our trip was wonderful! Candace was quick to reply with any questions or concerns. Location is great to get to both North and South shores. The beach at the resort is slightly disappointing, but I’m comparing them to all of the other wonderful beaches around the island. We didn’t have any problem and went to off resort beaches anyway. We would stay here again, absolutely!

The property has most of the great features of a beach resort: giant pool with slides and multiple spas, excellent restaurant, convenient to activities. But still be situated in “old Hawaii charm”. I highly recommend this property if you’re coming to Kauai.

Great location on the island and fabulous layout of Townhouse located on 2nd level so quite a few stairs to get in. If you don’t mind stairs then perfect. Very clean, it has everything you need for a nice stay. The pool area is great. Pool, hot tub, toddlers pool, sun chairs and umbrellas.

We loved staying in this ground floor condo with a small lawn and easy access to the pool and beach. We will be back to Waipouli!

Our family had a wonderful stay and the accommodation's were very nice. It was great having a kitchen to fix some food so we didn't have to go to a restaurant all the time. The weather could have been better, but it was warm and we are used to the rain since we live in PNW. The sun did peek through several times. We were able to explore the island and this made a good home base. We bought a little too much groceries, so we left them in the fridge and on the counter. I hope the next guests were able to use or someone took them and was able to use. Thank you!

We loved staying in this condo. It was in a really great location. It had everything that we were looking for on our relaxing vacation.

Full kitchen with separate bedroom was fantastic, rather than a studio apartment as some units advertise. Short walk to the beach in the morning provided beautiful sunrises. The unit was warm/inviting/comfortable with the colors/wood and decoration. Finding the unit in the resort was very easy and its location was convenient for loading/unloading. Parking, getting in and out of the resort to the main roads, and access to groceries/stores was super-convenient. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.

This property is in an excellent location. The views from the unit are beautiful. The pool and hot tub are perfectly located right next to the beach. Great little bar at the pool that serves drinks daily from 3-6! Lava Lava Beach Club is right next door and the Coconut Plantation shops and restaurants are across the parking lot. The property sits at the beginning of the famous bike trail which runs 6miles along the ocean.

Candace’s condo on the 4th floor in building C was perfect for our family! It overlooks the entire pool, had the essential beach gear (4 beach chairs & small cooler), and has a partial ocean view. Check in was easy (simply provided the door code) and they utilize a hospitality app to give you ideas of activities, places to eat, and all the basics (WiFi code, maintenance requests, and mobile check out). Thanks again & would highly recommend!

The view of the ocean from this condo can’t be beat. We were thrilled at how often we saw whales while sitting on the lanai! The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Our family of 4 stayed 9 nights. The condo was bigger than we expected with lots of space and one extra bed than what we thought. This was a great surprise which allowed the kids to have their own beds for the trip. We arrived late at night, but the check-in process was seamless. Communication was excellent and all information was provided ahead of time. The condo was well stocked and we ended up eating most breakfasts & dinners in the condo to save money. Costco was a quick 15-20 minute drive away, and other grocery stores were close to pick up essentials. The unit provided 4 beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, which we used every day. Kapa'a was centrally located for 1/2 day trips to the north side (Hanalei), south side (Poipu) and west (Waimea Canyon). We spent time at two great beaches within a few minutes drive - Lydgate and Kealia - in addition to others around the island (Anini, Poipu, Brennecke's, Lawa'i). The snorkeling at Lawa'i Beach was one of the highlights as it was like swimming in an aquarium! The location of the actual condo had some positives & negatives. We really enjoyed the ground floor unit as it was nice to walk out the lanai to access the pool and grass areas. Parking was also very convenient. The downside was that the lanai was right next to a main path to the pool, the outdoor chessboard and the putting green, so there were times when we had little privacy when sitting outside. We really enjoyed our stay. TY!

We had a family with grandparents and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. We have stayed at this resort many times and it was lovely and clean as always.

This has been the 4th time we have stayed at this resort. It has a great central location where almost everything is not a very long drive away.

We had never been to the island and were pleasantly surprised what a great location this is for exploring everything this area has to offer and under an hour from other locations to explore. The pool was perfect for our pre-teen kids and easy access from the ground floor unit. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. Felt like a high-end resort with only what you need without being overdone. The welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch and was great to have some beach equipment in the unit. Hope we’ll be back!

We have stayed at this property several times before through the hotel portion. This time we rented a condo through VRBO. We love the property and location. Everything about the individual condo was great. It was an oceanfront condo on the third floor. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There were plenty of towels. Candace was very responsive to our questions and replied to texts within minutes. We were able to check in early too. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Kauai.

The property is CONVENIENTLY located on the island. A stop light leads you into the resort, with a protected cross walk to allow safe crossing to groceries and shopping. The light will make a left turn very easy when traveling to Lihue, Popui, or to the south side of Kauai. There is a walking/biking path that you can catch on the property and take it along the coast for several miles. The beach is accessible by walking. 4 beach chairs included for going to offsite beaches. Clean beach towel service is offered every day. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable. Appliances all worked, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Lanai seating had ample room for our party of 4 adults. There were many families staying at the resort at the same time and noise level was still very low. All in all, we gave it a 5-star rating and would definitely stay here again if we can make it back to Kauai.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Resort. The condo was wonderfully furnished, the location of the complex was very convenient, and we enjoyed the ocean view. Would definitely select this unit again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beach was so close and the barbecue and the pool was amazing to have. The room was great and had lots of things like chairs beach towels, etc.

Blue Kauai is not a multi-million dollar high end resort - it has more of laid-back vibe. The grounds are lovely with incredible views, lots of birds (and yes, chickens) and walkways along the coast. The location is perfect - close to activities, airport and shopping. The Coconut Shopping Center is great. The Lava Lava Beach Club next store was our favorite bar/restraint of our entire stay in Hawaii.

The view from our Unit was outstanding. Kauai was beautiful and there were many things to do and see. We would recommend the trip and the Unit we stayed in to anyone.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely incredible, and this unit, B 101 was no exception! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, well-designed, and exceptionally quiet the condo was. The layout was perfect—each bedroom had its own private bathroom, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. The main bedroom featured a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom had two cozy queen beds. Plus, the extra sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. The location was ideal—just a short walk to both the parking lot and the beautiful pool area. The pool at this property is pretty amazing! A lazy river-style design with plenty of tucked-away spots to relax, sand-bottom hot tubs, and even a set of fun water slides made it feel like our own private oasis. The grounds at this property are meticulously maintained and being just a short walk to the beach made our morning sunrise coffee ritual the perfect start to our day. While we didn’t make it there, the poolside restaurant has a great reputation for serving delicious food right in the heart of the resort. On Wednesday’s be sure arrive early as the live music draws a bigger crowd. Inside the condo, the kitchen was a dream—fully stocked and equipped with high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero fridge and a Wolf range making it easy to whip up meals, and the brand new washer and dryer made our stay super convenient. The WiFi worked flawlessly, which was a huge plus as we had to work remotely. Another highlight was the incredibly convenient location—just across the street from Safeway, making grocery runs a breeze. There were also plenty of great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. A nine-mile beachfront walking/riding trail next to the resort was perfect for morning strolls or sunset walks. Overall, this was an absolute gem of a unit and an incredible value. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to rent it again!

We’ve stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort before and we love the location — Safeway and shave ice across the street, the great pool with slides and towel service, the proximity to Kapaa by foot, etc. We loved going a couple minutes down the street to Lydgate Park to relax in the gentle waves. We did a lot of hiking, and the condo was a perfect home base for all our activities. We can’t wait to return.

This condo is absolutely AMAZING!! Candice was super helpful with questions and staff on premise were very nice. Very quiet, well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view is the big seller of this place, and it does not disappoint. The beach next to it is fantastic, and we spent multiple afternoons and sunsets taking in the wind surfers, and swimming around. I could not recommend this place more. Also, every centrally located between north and south of the island.

First floor room was perfect! No waiting for an elevator, walk right out of your patio to the pool and very short distance to the beach. Looking at the property map, I thought it would be a hike to the beach but not at all; this room absolutely made our trip perfect (and I don’t give compliments easily). Check in was easy, parking was ample, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The 2 master bedrooms with private baths was perfect for our 2 couples.

Best area on Kauai! Property was easy to access and central for anything you want to do. Near a lovely ocean trail and beaches. Host was very responsive, and place was just what we needed.

Loved staying on the east side of the island. Very centrally located for all of the beaches. The kids loved the pool and it was very nice to be on the beach. The rooms very, very nice and spacious. AC was a plus!! Having Safeway right across the street was an added plus. We will be staying here again for sure!!

Good location on the island for access to other areas. Convenient for groceries and restaurants close by (walking distance). Beach not very swimmable for intermediates but wading was good and the sunrise was beautiful!

Waipouli is a great place to visit. G103 was clean with all the basics in the kitchen, beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach along with an ice chest. Our 10 yr old granddaughter had a blast in the pool. This was our second stay here and we’ll be back!

Great, simple location for families. Not a big swanky resort, but we weren't looking for that. Clean, and had everything we needed. The pools were never crowded, and the hot tub was great. Less than 100 paces from the Coconut Marketplace and shopping - right across the street. Close to everything in all directions. We would stay here again. The kids loved it. Mahalo.

Really great location to a lot of food and activity options in the Kapaa area. Clean, friendly and busy yet relaxing. Walking path between resort and ocean is fantastic. It extends a long way. We walked over 5 miles one day. I would recommend again.

Most properties have the bare minimum, but this property went above and beyond with little extras included such as dishwasher and washer soap, extra towels, beach chairs and umbrella and spices for cooking. With four adults and two grandkids, I knew this would be the type of vacation where we just did a lot of hanging out by the pool. And this is the perfect property to do just that. Sandy bottom kids pool was a big hit. Adjacency to the beach and Safeway made it so we didn’t have to waste money renting a car. Friendly staff, great host communications. Thank you!

This is our third time visiting Kauai, but a first for bringing our kids. Our family of 7 were impressed with the spacious Kauai Calls condo. It has multiple beds and 3 bathrooms which was a draw for us. A peaceful setting with views of the ocean, the sound of waterfalls in the pool and 3 hot tubs. A kid friendly and welcoming place! We were able to cook our breakfasts in the great kitchen, which included a coffee maker, pots and pans, full size fridge and a dishwasher. It could use another mixing bowl, and a knife sharpener, but we made it work well with what we had. The condo is just steps from the beach and snorkeling. A quick walk to restaurants like Taps and Hops Eatery and Kenjis. Safeway is just across the street. The condo is centrally located for most of Kauai activities. You could see the ocean from every room in the place. Had everything we needed and was clean. It was absolutely perfect. Third floor which we liked as it made the view more impressive. Thanks again!

Nice place to stay

The condo had a great layout for our group. With 2 balconies and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of room.

This was a great place for my family to stay. The beds were comfortable, and the lanai was so nice. The location is also really good.

Stayed for a week with my sister and her 10 year old great grandson. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Condo was well equipped, beds very comfortable, and sunrise and moonrise views outstanding. Lovely to walk along the beach path early in the morning.Condo is conveniently located across from a strip mall with food shopping, restaurants, an ABC store and ice cream parlor. Just next door to Kenji Burger. Pools are incredible, and it was a struggle to get him (and us)out sometimes. The manager, Candace was very helpful .

We had a great time! This condo is well equipped with comfy beds and adequate furniture for 4 people. Great view over the pool to the ocean. Close to grocery store, restaurants. Definitely recommend.

We’ve stayed at this resort several times, but this was by far the best room we’ve ever had. It’s clean, love that the second room has two beds, and the view is just fantastic! Will be staying here again!!!

It was our first time in Kauai and the location was perfect. The entire resort was great. There was plenty of room in the condo. We enjoyed the pool and the beach.

We truly enjoyed the property. The slides were the best!! The lazy river was fun for exploration although it doesn’t have a current, FYI. The restaurant next to the pool has really good food and the service is great. Internet can be spotty making TV internet services like Netflix inaccessible at times. Beach is nice and sunrise is awesome. It is not crowded but might not be the safest for kids. Safeway is within walking distance, making it very convenient.

This was an excellent place for my family. The beach is accessible, right through the sliding doors and across the lawn. The location had a traffic light right in front of the property. This was very convenient, because the small roads are heavily travelled and difficult to cross, without a light.

Very clean and well appointed. My kids are a little too old to enjoy the pool but very nice place.

We stayed at the condo with our college age kids - the layout was perfect and allowed for both family time and quiet time. The pool and beach access were so convenient as was the location on the island. 25 min to Poipu, 30 min to Hanalei Bay. kitchen was perfect — and we loved playing card games after dark with the sound of the beach in the background. We leveraged the concierge services provided by Susie Purdy to help us book whale watching, kayaking, mountain tubing and more! Already thinking about our next trip back!

Great property. Easy walk to beach area. Nice pool area with lazy river. Great location halfway between Princeville area and Poipu area. Condo is great for two couples or a family of four - two nice bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and kitchen. Everything worked great including the air conditioner. Would stay here again.

This unit and the location are excellent! The unit is well appointed with dishes and any cookware you might need. At the same time who needs to cook when you've got some of the islands best restaurants steps from your door (Oasis on the Beach, JO2's, Zumo Sushi)!! If you do decide to cook in unit there is a well-stocked Safeway just across the street where you can get anything you need. In addition to the wonderful food options nearby, staying on the east side of the island is great for being able to get to all the main destinations without feeling like you spent an entire day driving. Hanalei and Poipu are only 30ish minutes away and Waimea is under an hour. If beaches are what you're looking for, then Kapa'a has you covered! No, they aren't the super popular south shore beaches, and you won't be catching the big waves of the north shore, but if you're looking for some great sun & sand with a few waves in protected coves, the east shore has you covered. Finally, if you're the adventure type and want to do some hiking, Sleeping Giant trailhead is under 2 miles from this location and offers spectacular views of the Island and east shore, we did a sun rise hike one morning and were able to see the sun rising over O'ahu! It was magical! If you can't tell, I highly recommend this property and the general location, it was one of the best vacations we've been on!

This little hideaway sports a feel that makes you want to return. Sure, it is a rental that has everything you need and is in a great location but what makes it memorable is its soul. Books, tasteful decor, good lighting.... really a fine place to stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful condo's, swimming and hot tubs enjoyable. Our 7 grandchildren did not want to leave.

The pools, hot tubs, comfortable accommodations and central location made this the perfect place for our family to enjoy a holiday getaway. The condo was very well-equipped and clean. Everything we wanted to enjoy on Kauai was an easy drive away and the closeness of Kapaa with all its shops and restaurants was a bonus. Having Wailua Shave Ice right across the street was an extra treat! Would definitely return!

Great clean host, with plenty of room! Beautiful view from the balcony, a/c, good internet. Has everything you need for a long stay. The Lae Nani beach is on the property area. Is the best beach in the neighborhood. Good for both kids and adults.

They even got us in early!

The place had everything my family of 4 needed for a ten-day stay. Hawaii is expensive, so with the fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and access to gas grill on the property, plus all the utensils, we were able to eat most meals at “home” even without a stove/oven. There were also some nice amenities like a couple beach chairs, cooler, and fan that we used. The eating space was tight, but we made it work by bringing in the 2 deck chairs. I didn’t realize there were also coffee filters and salt/pepper until after I bought some. Property is gorgeous. Pool is smaller but suited the kids. Hot tub was nice. Parking was full when we got there but realized can park behind Wingz n Thingz with a hangtag which was even closer than the main lot. The location was great. Can see the sunrise from the balcony. Near to beaches, bike trail, disc golf, kayaking the Wailua River. luau, and convenient for driving to north and south sides of the island.

We had been looking forward to this trip for a year and staying here did not disappoint! We had breakfast on the Lanai every morning and loved the space with our family! The place was very clean and spacious and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this condo for 9 days, we had an amazing vacation, the pool is amazing the view from the condo is beautiful the condo had everything we needed including 4 beach chairs and an ice chest all which came in handy during our stay. Kaui is a beautiful place to visit we love this condo complex it is in the middle of everything and there is a Safeway across the street which is so convenient also there is a spa where I had a massage while I was there that was amazing, I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast in this unit. Let’s start with that first. The pictures are exactly as pictured. This place is stunning. The lanai opens up to a well manicured lawn and glorious botanical trees and flowers. One of the pool gates is steps away from the lanai which was super convenient.BBQs worked great. Ability to take towels was super easy. Very short walk to the beach. You can see it from the room. The pool fountains were a nice touch to help lull us to sleep. Living space is outstanding. We loved the soaking tub and having a full washer and dryer. We were excited for the espresso machine but ended up using the drip- we are quite refined, and the espresso machine doesn’t get the grounds nearly as fine as they could be, but we managed. I don’t think there wasn’t anything in the kitchen we didn’t use which really helped us feel at home and saved us money on eating in. Overall- the communication with the host- Candace and Sheila, the cleaning queen was exceptional. Truly an amazing stay and can guarantee we will stay here again!

Great Stay at Kauai Kailani

Our flight arrived very late but, check in was smooth and seamless. The resort is right in the water and beautiful. Everything you could want or need. Host was super accessible although we didn’t really need at all. Definitely will come again!

Spent two weeks here, wife and I. Excellent view of beachfront, smooth check-in, responsive host and a small maintenance issue was quickly addressed. Very well-stocked condo! Central location made touring the island easy, north or south. Book confidently!

We enjoyed our stay-loved the ocean view from the window and while on the deck. It was great to walk 2 minutes and have access to shopping, restaurants, and a market. The pool bar was nice, and we also liked the ocean coast path right out the door for walking along the water, or to get to get to a Safeway grocery store nearby. We enjoyed the centralized location of 205 as we were able to venture to all side of the island with ease. Loved to watch the sunrise every morning. The area was quiet in the mornings, evenings and nighttime. Coconut Marketplace had fun shopping and Lava Lava Beach Club great food.

The location is close to the airport so very easy to get to. You can walk to the beach and the pool is so much fun with the slides and the lazy river to float down.

Super nice vacation unit right on the beach. Small kitchenette was fully stocked so perfect for morning sunrise coffee and evening drinks and appetizers. Good location halfway between the north and South Island highlights. Hanalei Bay and Waimea State Park should not be missed! A car is a must but take time to rent bikes for a gorgeous ride on the path adjacent to Islander on the Beach!

The walk out to the pool was extremely valuable for our kids to enjoy. We love the two ensuites for the two families. Sunrise everyday around 7am is also viewable from the suite. Thank you for having us

This rental had everything we needed and more. We opened all the sliding doors to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning. I had a question about the a/c and the host was quickly responsive. The space felt huge and the kitchen was amazing. We all hope to be back some day!

We truly enjoyed our one week stay at this condo. Everything was clean, communication was great via texts when we needed extra blankets. We enjoyed the sliding door which took us right out to the parking lot to access our car. Bringing in grocery was easy. My only complaint is the shower water pressure was very low, but we managed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from dishes, knives, grater, and rags. Just bring in your own grocery. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This is the third time we stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort and once again it was great. The property is great! Nice pool, clean spacious rooms, and Candace was awesome! We had an issue and within a few hours it was taken care of. Great place would stay here again.

We had an amazing time in the condo and the island! The owners are fabulous! The accommodations are perfect, and the location is superb! The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and the view of the beach and large living space made it relaxing at any time. The resort has everything entertaining, and the nearby restaurants and grocery stores are easy to access.

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. The beach was beautiful, the sunrises were spectacular, the location was perfect, and the grounds were immaculate. We had everything we could have possibly needed with a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and even laundry. We would love to return in the near future!

Place was nice just enough space for the 5 of us. Full kitchen so cooked to save from going out or just having something to eat when every place closes early. Check in was simple and reaching out to ask for early check in went well. Overall good experience

We really enjoyed our time here on Kauai. We have been here a couple of times before, and have always loved it! The ocean view and sounds are breathtaking. Amazing unit with fantastic ocean views. Very comfortable and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed meals on the oceanfront lanai listening to the ocean and taking in the view. Fantastic view of the sunrise. Enjoyed the pool every day and also had an exceptional meal at the Oasis restaurant. Excellent location being central to all island activities. Staff at Kauai Calls were very helpful and friendly.

The location was great. View out the back door was beautiful. Place was just as stated. Had a great trip.

Room was spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous. The ocean was right off our lanai (we were on the 3rd floor) with spectacular sunrises. Only bad thing was that there was no laundry area. We weren’t allowed to use the hotels. We had to use the public laundromat a few minutes down the road and unfortunately someone had washed greasy clothes, and we ended up having to buy few new items. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The room was just like the pictures. Especially liked the ice chest, beach chairs and the great wagon that was in the unit. We used them every day. The property was beautiful, and the pool was amazing! Right across the street there was a grocery store, Food places and ABC store. The host Candace Mack always got back to us when we needed her. We are definitely going to book this unit again!

We had the best time! The kids loved the pool! Will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

We enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located near amenities. The pool, sauna and lazy river was awesome and a beach on the resort. A short drive from the smith family luau and other activities.

We’ve been to Hawaii close to a dozen times, and this is without question the best rental we’ve stayed at, which is no small achievement! The condo is huge, furnished with everything you could need, from cooking spices to a Pack-n-Play, the views of the sunrise and the ocean from all three (!!) balconies really can’t be any better, and the high-end kitchen appliances, really nice bathrooms and all-around quality of the home was a constant source of appreciation. The location is also terrific, right across the street from Safeway (easy to walk), shave ice, ice cream, and a nice sushi place. However, from the condo, you would never know it was so close to a shopping mall, because the grounds are beautifully manicured, and the condo feels remote and quiet. And then there’s the pool! My daughter had the absolute best time in the pool, with the water slides, the lazy river, and the beautiful lawn for lounging. And the beach is right there! We watched the sunrise and walked on the beach in the morning, swam in the pool (safer for little kids) all day, and put our toes back in the sand or looked for monk seals in the evening, all without having to load the kids up in their car seats and drive anywhere. For the excursions we did, the location about 10 minutes from the airport and equidistant from the north and south shores is perfect for exploring the island without spending hours in the car. Also, free parking! Rent this place if you’re going to Kauai, this place has everything!!

We loved our stay!! The place provided all that we needed from beautiful kitchen, privacy and wonderful amenities. We loved to come home after a day of adventure to the on-site pool and jacuzzi. The central location on the island made for perfect day treks to all parts of the island.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Resort, it's beautiful. Candice was great to work with and very accommodating. The wash machine was broken and they offered to do our laundry for us whenever we wanted it done. When our flight time got changed she had no problem allowing us to check out late on very short notice. I would highly recommend staying with her.

What a wonderful stay here at Islander on the Beach. It was our first time on this beautiful island and can't wait to visit again. This studio was perfect for our needs. Make sure to check out Kountry Kitchen for breakfast, Poipu Beach at sunset, Captain Andys sunset cruise was awesome as was Island Helicopters and Anini Beach was our favorite. Thank you!

Host was very communicative and accommodating. They made it very easy to get a hold of them. Even threw in some beach chairs for us to use. The main TV was not a smart TV, but the ones in the bedroom were, so we had to watch movies in the bedrooms. Rental unit was really nice. The facility was superbly clean. I would definitely stay here again. The location was so great to make it to the north and south shores. We loved having the shopping complex across the street with groceries, shave ice, ice cream, and souvenirs, all conveniently located. I loved walking to the beach without even putting shoes on the entire time.

Condo was beautiful. Total luxury and the view was beyond beautiful! We had a great time and loved all the amenities the resort had to offer!

The location was excellent for day trips, (especially with kids) exploring the island's north & south coasts, beaches, caves, Waimea Canyon. The condo layout was great with the living area between the 2 sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms (plus 2 across the hallway) also helped for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens + 6 year old. Washer & dryer were a necessity that we appreciated having. There is A/C. Walk-out made for easy access to everything. Parking, check-in were all easy. Kids were well entertained with the pools, hot tubs and the slides, & the Koi pond. BBQs on site were used often. Ocean a very short walk away with lounge chairs available (& convenient for star gazing). Very short walk to Safeway. We were grateful for the cooler and beach chairs for our outings. Staff were great, as were communications & wonderful assistance to get us through our last day's wait for our red-eye flight. Wishes for a successful season ahead.

The accommodations are top notch from the well-equipped kitchen to the very comfortable bed. This was our second visit to the Waipouli resort and will likely be our third. Shopping and restaurants are close by (The Bull Shed was awesome only to be outdone by Hukilau Lanai). Our best excursion this time was Mountain Tubing (highly recommended, so much fun)

The location of this property is ideal if wanting to explore the whole island since it is located on the east side right in between Princeville and Waimea. This unit is in a residential area that gives you an authentic Hawaiian feel. We cooked breakfast and dinner just about every day and found the kitchen to be well stocked. You are on your own for condiments other than salt and pepper, which is what I expected. The dock was great to enjoy an afternoon beverage on to view the sunset behind the mountain and to launch the kayak that she has on hand. There were no additional instructions for check in so make sure to at least touch base with Candace to get the info on what is available to use...i.e. where the life jackets are, a cooler, beach chairs etc. The typical rooster alarm clock that is a part of Kauai was not too bad here. In fact we really did not hear them much at all. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very spacious unit and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with small and large appliances and kitchen ware. The view out of the deck is great including the ocean and pool. Great access to groceries across the street and close to Costco. It was centrally located between Princeville and Poipu for day trips. Candace from Kauai Calls made it easy to book and communication was excellent.

I would first start off by saying that the host (Candace) is very accommodating and super helpful with any questions you may have and overall an excellent host! The studio/condo is located right next to the beach and stunning views! Also, had all the things you need and the Host goes above and beyond with all the accommodations you need for your vacation! Highly recommend your stay here!

The condo was great and as shown in the pictures. Well stocked with all you needed to cook meals in. The view is fantastic with an excellent ocean view. The pool area was nice and never had a problem getting a chair. It is in a great central location and it was very handy to have a Safeway and ABC store right across the street. Walked to several good restaurants that were close. Only thing I would change would be to put a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom so it would be the same as the master suite and more comfortable for adults sharing the condo.

This is a large property that has a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo is updated and so clean. Everything you need when traveling with young children. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

Been to Oahu and Maui several times, first time on Kauai. Condo was very spacious, very clean. Property location was exceptional, right on beach and pool area was top notch. LOVED the pea gravel/pebble sand floor of the hot tubs (not sure what the official name is lol). Liked staying on the east side of the island and being close to the airport and Costco, and it was easy to drive to all other sides of the island which we did. Also, I did have to reschedule my stay before the second deposit was due and owner was very responsive and helpful in finding other units and booking new dates. Lots of mahalo for the hospitality!

This property is gorgeous. The condo is spacious, extremely well decorated with a top notch kitchen. The resort is equally as nice with a beautiful pool and situated directly on the beach. Even the restaurant was outstanding! My only “complaint” was the two giant bathroom tubs are not really jacuzzis; they are just soaking tubs. But really, when you’re on the beach in Kauai, who cares?! Candace was extremely responsive and an excellent host! I also liked the location: it’s central so you can go anywhere on the island in less than an hour and there’s a grocery store right across the beach. If we ever return to Kauai, we are definitely staying here!

This condo offers gorgeous views of the beach and sunrises! You can leave the lanais open to hear the waves! We will be back to this little slice of heaven on earth!!

Best location in Kauai as it is central to everywhere. The complex and facilities are wonderful. The apartment was quite clean and had ample space for 4 adults. The 3rd bathroom/toilet was a bonus as were the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Views are fantastic, overlooking pool, waterfall and the ocean. Highly recommended!

First time here and definitely would return. Very nice accommodations and if you want to cook, the kitchen is completely outfitted. A perfect unit for 2 couples as the setup ensures privacy. A nice experience in the beach side Oasis restaurant!

We had a great stay at this resort. The condo was roomy and modern and we were able to easily prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the hot tubs. It was a convenient location for visiting all areas of the island - centrally located and close to shopping, beaches, activities and the airport. Management was very responsive when we had a question. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This is our second stay in this unit- and when we come back we will not stay anywhere else! The unit is clean and in a great central location but the views are even more spectacular than the photos. While we did fun activities every day, the very best part was watching the sunrise from the lanai with a cup of coffee every day. Five stars all around!

Great 6 night stay in beautiful condo. Clean and well maintained. The condo buildings are in need of cleaning and updating but the unit itself is great. Very nice linens and has everything we needed. Location is fantastic.
