Perfect paradise! The unit was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Wonderful ocean view! What really needs to be posted is the excellent service Kauai Calls provides. Upon arrival there was a small problem with the air conditioner. Before we had even finished unpacking a gentleman was at our unit, had it working properly within minutes and it was fine for our entire stay, almost two weeks. Unfortunately, we had another problem on our fourth day, called Kauai Calls and even on a weekend they did everything they possibly could to rectify the situation. We cannot say enough about Candace and her team for their professionalism and exceptional client service. We will definitely use Kauai Calls again and would love to be able to stay in the same unit again. Any unit can have a problem but it is the way it was handled by Kauai Calls that makes them superior to other agencies we have used.
