Welcome to Kapaa Shore Resort Condominium

We know you will enjoy your stay with us. As a courtesy, please assist us by following
the ASSOCIATION GUEST RULES

  • Please register and obtain a parking permit at the front desk. One parking stall per unit is provided. You may park in any stall. Handicapped parking is by permit only.
  • Unit occupants are responsible for the conduct of their guests and family members. No playing is permitted in the building, hallways, stairwells or parking lot.
  • No baseball bat pitching and hitting is permitted on the lawn area. Additionally, any other activity that may cause damage or injury to other guests, buildings or grounds is prohibited.
  • Each unit occupant is responsible for damages to the unit, building or grounds. Our flowers are for the enjoyment of all our guests. We ask that you not pick any of the flowers or destroy any of our tropical foliage, or chase any geckos, chameleons.
  • Effective immediately, all units—including decks, lanais, and patios—are smoke free. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.
  • Do not feed the birds or cats. They become a nuisance and could carry a disease.
  • Fire laws prohibit leaving items on any part of the stairs, walkways or parking area.
  • Association Guest Rules prohibits the tampering of smoke detectors in the units.
  • No surfboards or textile items (i.e.: Towels, bathing suits and clothing) are to be placed on lanai (balcony) or railings. Management may request the removal of any other items deemed unsightly.
  • Please bag all garbage and deposit in the trash bin located at the parking lot in the concrete enclosure. Recycle containers for glass and cans.
  • Put food away and dispose of garbage often to avoid bugs.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm till 8:00am daily. We ask, however, as a courtesy to other guests, that noise be controlled at all times.
  • Barbecuing or fires are not permitted in the units or on the lanai. BBQ’s are provided in the courtyard area. Please clean grills and turn off the BBQ burners when done.
  • Pool hours are 8am till 10pm daily. There is no lifeguard on duty; please exercise caution. Other pool rules apply as posted in the pool area. The following items are not allowed in the pool: Floating devices, balls or Frisbees.
  • Please brush off sand and dry off when entering the building from either the pool or the beach.
  • You are required to provide access to the unit for emergency purposes, for needed repairs and for pest control. You will be notified in advance unless it is an emergency.
