| Kapa’a is the perfect location in my opinion – a quick drive gets you north to Princeville and it doesn’t take too long to get to the southern beaches either. This resort is really nice – we would definitely come back and even bring our kids! Our condo (D206) was perfect because it was right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor and overlooked the pool area so it had a nice view. Safeway is right across the street. D206 is a great condo with 2 bedrooms and a common living room/kitchen area in between. Would be perfect for a family with kids or for what we did with 2 couples. It was awesome finding 3 boogie boards and 4 beach chairs in the closet when we arrived – made our stay that much better not having to rent boogie boards and beach chairs! Kitchen has high end appliances and is stocked with just about everything you need in the form of utensils and dishes. The washer and dryer is an awesome feature that allowed us to pack light and do laundry throughout the week. Overall this place is on my list to visit again. Kauai is incredible and staying at this resort is the perfect location on the island. |
