Awesome new property. Convenient to every destination on Kauai. Very close to a local church (Kauai Christian Fellowship) where we met some locals who gave us insight to Kauai Island living. Convenient (walking distance) to good restaurants, beaches, evening strolls. About 1/2 to 3/4 mile from Poipu Beaches so this resort is very quiet at night. Construction during the day, but we’re not around so didn’t matter. Candace, property manager, was super considerate. Garage has all the beach gear and couple of bikes so don’t need to rent any of that. Kitchen has all the home amenities. And lastly, there is no building blocking us from the lanai which gave us great peace taking in the Kauai scenery. Now this is why we enjoy Kauai!
